Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Valenci Fashion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any conditions applied by the customer are only binding if they have been accepted in writing by Valenci Fashion.
- In the event of contradiction between specific product conditions and these general terms and conditions, the most favorable provisions for the customer will prevail.
Prices and information
- All prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Any shipping costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.
- Valenci Fashion strives for the most accurate display of information on the website. However, errors, such as typing or programming errors, can occur. In such cases, Valenci Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders.
- Prices in the webshop may differ from prices in physical stores.
- Color deviations can be caused by differences in screen settings. Valenci Fashion is not liable for this.
Establishment of the agreement
- An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and Valenci Fashion accepts it.
- After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As long as this confirmation has not been sent, the customer can cancel the order.
- Valenci Fashion reserves the right to refuse orders or to set additional conditions, such as advance payment.
- If it appears that incorrect information has been provided with the order, Valenci Fashion has the right to meet its obligations only after the correct information has been received.
Registration
- Customers can create an account via www.valencifashion.com To make optimum use of our website.
- During registration, the customer chooses a username and password. The customer is responsible for keeping this data secret.
- Valenci Fashion is not liable for abuse of login details.
- In the event of suspicion of abuse, the customer must contact you directly via info@valencifashion.com.
Delivery and implementation
- Orders placed on workdays before 5 p.m. will be sent the same day, unless stated otherwise.
- Valenci Fashion delivers products within the specified delivery time. If delivery is not possible in time, the customer will be informed and has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
- Once the order has been delivered to the address specified by the customer, the risk of loss or damage will transfer to the customer.
- If a product is no longer available, Valenci Fashion may deliver a similar product. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Right of withdrawal and return policy
- Customers have the right to withdraw the agreement within 14 days of receiving their order without giving reasons.
- The product must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of withdrawal, including labels and packaging.
- Return costs are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Products that are manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken.

Warranty and complaints
- Valenci Fashion offers a 1 -month warranty on all its products. This warranty covers defects that are not caused by wear, incorrect use or damage by the customer.
- If a product shows defects within the warranty period, the customer must report this via info@valencifashion.com.
- Valenci Fashion assesses the complaint and offers a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or repayment.
Payment
- Payments must be made through the payment methods that are offered on the website, such as iDeal, Klarna or Credit card.
- When paying afterwards via Klarna, a payment term of 14 days applies.
- In the event of late payment, Valenci Fashion reserves the right to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
Liability
- Valenci Fashion is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or consequential damage.
- The maximum liability is limited to the amount that the customer has paid for the product.
- These restrictions do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of Valenci Fashion.
Privacy and cookies
- Valenci Fashion respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Final provisions
- Dutch law applies to all agreements.
- Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Valenci Fashion is located.
- If a provision in these general terms and conditions appears to be invalid, the other provisions will remain in force.
