Shipping Conditions - Valenci Fashion
At Valenci Fashion we ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find the conditions regarding shipping:
1. Shipping costs
- The shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process. For orders of certain products, such as jackets and winter coats, we offer free shipping.
- Any costs for shipping abroad will be displayed separately during checkout.
2. Delivery times
- Orders placed on workdays before 5 p.m. will be sent the same day, unless stated otherwise.
- In most cases you will receive your order the next working day. The delivery time can vary for international shipments.
- If delivery is unexpectedly delayed, you will receive a timely message from us about this.
3. Delivery partners
- All our orders are sent through reliable carriers such as PostNL.
- You will receive a track & trace code by e-mail once your order has been sent so that you can follow the shipment.
4. Delivery address
- Orders are delivered to the address you specified. Make sure this address is correct when placing your order.
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, any additional costs for re -delivery will be borne by the customer.
5. Risk risk
- Once your order has been delivered to the specified address, the risk of loss or damage will transfer to you as a customer.
- If you choose to pick up the order yourself, the risk will pass at the time of transfer of the product.
6. International shipping
- For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the delivery time can vary depending on the country of destination.
- Any import duties, taxes or other additional costs in the destination country are for the account of the customer.
7. Non-home Policy
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually leave a message. The package can be picked up at a collection point or being offered again.
