Returns Policy
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you still want to return, you can do so without any problem. You have 14 days after receipt the time to register your return with us and send the package back to us.
Will a return be shipped after these 14 days?
Don't worry, we always look at this on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes we can still accept the return and if that is no longer possible, we will be happy to give you onevoucherso you can pick out something else nice later.
In order to properly process your return, we ask that you ensure that the item:
- Is unworn and unwashed.
- Free from odors and damage.
- Still has the original labels.
- Neatly in the original packaging.
Return form
To ensure that processing runs as smoothly as possible, we always ask you to: return form to be included in the package.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without a form.

Return costs
The Return costs are for the customer. We advise you to always use a Track & Trace code, so that your package can be easily tracked.
Exchange
Would you like a different size or color?
No problem at all! You can easily indicate this on the return form.
As soon as we have received and checked your item, we will send the new item back to you free of charge. This way we make exchanging as easy as possible for you.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Digital gift vouchers are excluded from return or exchange. Please ensure all details are entered correctly upon purchase. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us.
Damage or incorrect delivery
Is your item damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered? We naturally find this annoying and would like to resolve it for you quickly.
Please contact us and send clear photos and we will take a look with you right away.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on some items:
- Personalized items
- Personal care products
- Gift vouchers
- Items that cannot be returned for security reasons

Legal reflection period (EU)
For all orders within the EU, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel without reason, as long as the items are in their original condition and are shipped within the return period.
Refund
When we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation. Has the return been approved? We will then pay your purchase amount 3 –5 working days back via the same payment method.

Please note: late returns may result in a voucher are issued.
Shipping & Delivery times
We send all packages with PostNL.
Please order in advance 5:00 PM? We will then do our best to ship the package the same day. In most cases your order will be delivered the next working day. Delays can sometimes occur during busy periods.
After shipping you will automatically receive one Track & Trace code by email.
Didn't receive package?
Does Track & Trace indicate that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything?
Let us in 7 days so that we can immediately start an investigation at PostNL for you. Unfortunately, after that period, this is no longer always possible.
Promotions & Discounts
If you return part of a promotion, the discount will be recalculated.
Example:
With “3 for €90” you return one item. The other products are then charged at the normal price (€37.50 per piece). You will then receive the difference (€15) back.
