Shipping and delivery times

At Valenci we want to make you happy with your order as soon as possible. All our packages are sent via PostNL.

Orders placed before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day. In most cases you will receive your package the next working day. However, delaying can occur due to extreme crowds. We do our utmost to minimize these delays.

Shipping status & not received package

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to follow your package. You can also log in to your account via our website and view the status under "My Orders".

Have you not received your order, while the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered? Then contact us via:

We will then start an investigation at PostNL. This can take some time. As soon as we receive an official response from the carrier, we will take further action.

Please note: if you do not inform us of a missing package in time, we may no longer be able to take further steps.


Return

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries, you can easily return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return instructions in 5 simple steps:

  1. Check the return conditions:

    • You have received the clothing within the last 14 days.
    • The original labels are still on the clothing.
    • The clothing is not worn, washed or provided with scents such as perfume or body odors (of course you can fit).
  2. Fill in packing voucher:

    • Make a note of whether you want to exchange or return.
    • State per item whether you want a different size or want the amount refunded.
  3. Add packing slip:

    • Add the completed packing slip at the return shipment.
  4. Shipping your package:

    • Neatly pack the clothes and send it sufficiently stamped back to:

    • You must purchase a return label yourself at the post office and pay the return costs yourself.

  5. Use a track & trace code:

    • Return shipments without track & trace code are not accepted.

Return costs and defects

  • The return costs are for your own account.
  • If your product is damaged or contains a factory error, please contact us first before returning the product. Send clear photos of the defect to our customer service. We will then offer a suitable solution.

Reimbursement policy

Once we have received your return shipment, it will be checked for the above return conditions. If the return shipment is approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

If your return shipment does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to discuss further processing.

Return costs and promotions

If you return part of a promotion, the promotion price will be adjusted based on the preserved products.

Example:
With a "3 for € 90" Chino action you return one item. In that case, the remaining products are calculated at the standard price (€ 37.50 each). You will then receive the difference of € 15 return.
